Systems behind drum movement
A slow, irregular or stationary drum, rising hydraulic-oil temperature, unusual noise, leaks or control issues can originate from different systems. The inspection is planned across drive, electrical and mechanical components.
Drum & mechanical
The drum, gearbox, support rollers, connections, loading and discharge elements and chute system are inspected for wear, play, alignment and movement issues.
Electrical & controls
Direction and speed controls, sensors, solenoids, wiring, connectors, fuses, relays and power connections are checked against the reported symptom.
Water & discharge
The water pump, tank and connections, discharge chute and moving parts are assessed for leaks, deformation and loss of function.
