Concrete Pump Service & Maintenance

Technical support covering pumping, boom, hydraulic and control systems.

Systematic fault assessment

Look beyond the visible part.

Pressure loss, irregular boom movement, reduced pumping performance or control errors may originate from connected systems. The inspection scope is defined from the machine details, symptoms and operating conditions.

Hydraulic system inspection

Main pumps, hydraulic motors, cylinders, valve blocks, hoses, connections, filters and oil circuits are assessed for leaks, heat build-up, pressure loss and irregular movement.

Electrical & controls

Control panels, sensors, wiring and connectors, fuses, relays, control components and power supply are reviewed for communication and operating faults.

Pumping & mechanical group

The S-valve or transfer system, wear plate and ring, delivery pistons, pumping cylinders, hopper, agitator, boom joints, pins, bushings and line connections are checked according to the agreed scope.

When to request support

Common fault symptoms

Hydraulic leaks, rising temperature or unusual noise

Slow, jerky or incorrect boom movement

Irregular pumping cycle or reduced performance

Sensor, remote, panel or connection warnings

Play in joints, pins, bushings or line connections

Noise or irregular operation in the hopper and agitator

Planned maintenance

What defines the service interval?

Lubrication, oil and filter changes and periodic checks specified by the manufacturer help reveal wear, looseness and leaks earlier. The model, operating hours and conditions should guide the interval.

Pressurised and safety-critical systems must only be inspected after the machine is made safe and in line with its technical documentation.
Initial assessment

Tell us the pump symptoms.

Send the machine details, a photo or video and any fault code so we can clarify the required inspection scope.
